Let the almonds cool down. Blend almonds in a food processer with a little water, being careful not to add too much. The water is just so the food processor can ‘grab’ the almonds. Add almond oil and salt and blend to a creamy consistency. Pour into a jar and refrigerate. Nut butter can be made with many other nuts too, including pecans, hazelnuts, cashews and peanuts.
